Gift Certificate refunds

If the order you are returning was paid for exclusively with the Gift Certificate, the refund will be made directly to the certificate.

If the order was paid partly by Gift Certificate and partly by Credit Card, the refund for the entire amount will be made to the Credit Card.

You can check the amount remaining in your Gift Certificate at any time under Gift Certificate Balance.
