Using a Gift Certificate

You can activate your Gift Certificate within 30 days from the date of purchase, with a simple click directly from the e-mail.

 

If the Gift Certificate has not been activated, a reminder e-mail will be sent to both the sender and the recipient 10 days before the certificate expires. In case of non-activation, the amount will be automatically refunded to the card of the sender.

 

You can apply one Gift Certificate per order: simply enter the Gift Certificate code in the space provided on the first page of the cart and click Apply. The value of the Gift Certificate will be applied to the final amount of the order.

 

If the total of your order is greater than the value of your Gift Certificate, you can pay for the difference through credit card.

 

If, on the other hand, the total of your order is less than the value of the Gift Certificate, you will be able to use

the difference on another order.

 

You can check the remaining amount at any time under Gift Certificate Balance.
