Refunds for Cash on delivery orders

After our warehouse receives your return item and confirms that all of the requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

As soon as your return has been accepted we will request our Bank to issue the corresponding refund on the Bank Account you specified on the Return Form. Please consider that processing times may take up to 10 days.

If the Bank Account data you have provided are correct, the reimbursement should be visible on your Statement within the following month.

You will be asked to provide the name of the Account Holder, the IBAN Code and SWIFT Code. You can find this information on your statements, or request it from your bank.
