Card refunds

After YOOX receives your return item and confirms that all of the requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your return has been accepted.

The refund will be issued once your return has been accepted, on the same Credit or Debit Card you used to place your order.

Refund times will depend on the Credit/Debit Card Company’s policies.
