How to return

yoox.com has created a very easy return procedure in order to make your online shopping experience pleasant, even when you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.

You can return any item purchased on yoox.com within 20 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:

• Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached.
• Fill out the online Return Form to get a Return Number
• Use the pre-printed UPS label included in your order and give your parcel to UPS within 20 days of the delivery date: a flat Return Fee of $6.00 (plus Sales Tax on this fee, where applicable) will be automatically deducted from your refund. If you prefer, you may send the return using a courier of your choice. If you ship the return package on your own, the Return Fee will not be deducted from your refund. For your security we suggest you use a trackable and insured shipping service, as yoox.com is not responsible for the delivery of the return packages.

Your return will be accepted within 3 working days of the delivery date at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, yoox.com will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you.

• We cannot accommodate exchanges at this time
• Vintage, Beachwear, Underwear and any items from Sample and Charity Sales are FINAL. From time to time, yoox.com may designate other merchandise non-returnable. Any such designation will be noted on the Product Page of non-returnable products.
• Send your return from the same Country in which you placed your order. We will not be able to accept returns from different Countries.
• You may keep track of the return status through My Return or with the UPS Tracking Number you find on your copy of the pre-printed label
