If you are not satisfied with your purchase

Your complete satisfaction is important for YOOX. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return as many items as you wish and receive a refund for the items' price.

Vintage, Beachwear, Underwear and any items from Sample and Charity Sales are FINAL. From time to time, YOOX may designate other non-returnable merchandise. Any such designation will be noted on the Product Page of non-returnable products.

It is not possible to exchange one product for another. Before shipping your return back to YOOX, please complete the Return Form and verify that all of the conditions have been met. YOOX will refund the cost of the returned items, excluding the cost of delivery and a $ 5.00 restocking fee for each returned item.

YOOX will not accept returns that do not adhere to all of the required conditions: in this event, the items will be shipped back to your address.
