Your complete satisfaction is important for yoox.com. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return as many items as you wish and receive a refund for the items' price.

It is not possible to exchange one product for another. Before shipping your return back to our warehouse, please complete the Return Form and verify that all of the conditions have been met. We will refund the cost of the returned items.

We will not accept returns that do not adhere to all of the required conditions: in this event, the items will be shipped back to your address.
