TOURReturn conditions
All products sold by YOOX come with an identification tag attached with a disposable seal. We remind you to try on your items without removing the tag or seal, as we do not accept returned products unless they are in the same condition in which they were delivered to you.Before shipping your return, we invite you to fill in the online Return Form to obtain your Return Number. This will enable us to speed up the refund process.
The parcel must be delivered to the courier within 15 days from the date in which you received your order. If you are returning more than one item from the same order, they must be sent in a single delivery: YOOX cannot accept multiple return from the same order, with items sent at different times. Remember that the return delivery costs are free of charge with the UPS courier.
If one of these conditions is not met, YOOX will not accept your return and the items will be shipped back to you at your own cost.
