Return conditions
All products sold by YOOX come with an attached identification tag and disposable seal. We remind you to try on your items without removing the tag or seal as we do not accept returned products unless they are in the same condition in which they were delivered to you.To obtain your Return Number, you must complete the online Return Form within 20 days from the date in which you received your order.
The package must then be delivered to the courier within 20 days from the date in which you received your order. If you are returning more than one item from the same order, they must be sent in a single delivery: YOOX cannot accept multiple returns of items from the same order.
We make your return shipping easy: use the pre-addressed UPS return label included in your order and leave the package with a UPS driver. You will not need to pay anything at drop-off, we will simply deduct a flat Return Fee of US $6.00 from your refund.
If you prefer, you may ship the return package at your charge, using a courier of your choice. In this case, the $6.00 Return Fee will not be deducted from your refund.
