Sending your return to YOOX

Return shipping is free with the UPS courier. You may keep track of the return delivery either through My Return, or with the UPS Tracking Number you find on your copy of the pre-printed label. Remember that your return must be sent from the same Country in which you placed your order.

US customers:

Included with your order, you will find a pre-printed label that you can use to ship your returned items to YOOX. You can then bring the parcel to the nearest UPS drop-off location, or give it to a UPS driver.

If you lose the pre-printed sticky label, contact YOOX Customer Care and we will send you another one.

Canadian customers:

Included with your order, you will find a pre-printed label that you can use to ship your returned items to YOOX, a plastic envelope and a pre-printed return invoice (3 copies). For customs purposes, you will have to fill in the return invoice with item description(s) and unit value(s), which you can copy directly from the delivery note you received in the original package. Prepare and sign three copies of the invoice, put them in the plastic envelope and attach it outside the parcel. Contact the UPS courier to organize the pick-up.

If you do not find the pre-printed label inside your order, you may ask UPS to bring a waybill at the moment of the pick-up. After having filled in the online Return Form, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to complete the waybill.
