Tracking your delivery with UPS

You may track the delivery of your order by using the Tracking Number provided by the UPS courier.

You will find the Tracking Number for your order either in My Order, or in the Delivery Confirmation e-mail.

Registered MYOOX users can also check the status of their orders from the MY ORDERS section, found in MYOOX.

The UPS courier service delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and you cannot pre-book delivery times. The courier will try to deliver the parcel for three consecutive working days, leaving a notification each time, with a UPS contact number.

Undelivered parcels will be returned to the YOOX warehouse.
