In 2006, under the oversight of Ilaria Venturini Fendi, Carmina Campus was born. A project that unites her love for nature with her past and present creativity. Bags, accessories, and furniture are created from the re-use and recycling of materials. Scraps, imperfect or used materials, objects that have been rendered obsolete or just forgotten, become reborn. Research, design and style, skilful craftsmanship by expert Italian artisans who treat all material as if they were highly precious, result in one-of-a-kind numbered pieces. Each comes with a label that explains the employed technique and the time it took to create each object.
