RUNNING
SHOE GUIDE

To run well, safely and comfortably, you need the right shoes.
Everyone's feet are different and need protection and support, especially while running: your shoes must be comfortable, supportive but not constraining.

Almost to the point of not knowing you have them on.
And, of course, you have to like the look of them.
SO, HOW TO FIND THE PERFECT SHOE FOR YOU?

It's easy: choose according to your weight, your fitness and the kind of running you do.
WHAT DOES WEIGHT HAVE TO DO WITH IT?

As you run you are loading 3 to 4 times your body weight onto each foot. That's why cushioning is so important.
HOW FIT ARE YOU?

If you've never run before or you don't run often, your feet need protecting. You will need a well cushioned shoe. If you are very fit and run at least 2 or 3 times a week, covering at least 20-25 km, you can go for a lighter, less cushioned shoe.

Now choose the best shoe for you
TRAINING: MINIMALISM

Are you light, run a little and like working out? These shoes let your feet feel the terrain, bend and move freely. They aren't suitable for beginners or for long runs, but they are unmatched in lightness and comfort.
SPEED: RUN LIKE THE WIND

If you want to set new personal records or run races, this is the perfect shoe for you: lightweight and designed to express all of your power and will to cross the line first.
COMFORT: IDEAL IN ANY CONDITION

If you want to start running, but are not very fit, choose cushioned shoes. Thanks to protection systems designed to support the feet, they are so comfortable you will hardly feel them.
SUPPORT: PERFECT PROTECTION AND SUPPORT

Cushioned and protective, these shoes are designed to help with over-pronation, which is very common in flat-footed runners. They are designed to give you support where the foot tends to roll inward and help you correct this movement and run comfortably and safely.
NIGHTLIFE: STAY VISIBLE

Do you run at night and want to stay visible? These are the shoes for you! Made with super-reflective and rain-resistant materials, they are ideal for running on cold winter nights.
OFF-ROAD: FOR ADVENTURE LOVERS

If your running takes you off-road, you'll need trail shoes - specially designed with specific soles and support to give you the confidence and agility you need.
