- Fabio Renato Cammarata was born in Caltanissetta (Sicily) into a long-standing family tradition in the goldsmiths sector. In his atelier-workshop in Lentate Sul Seveso (Lombardy), Cammarata produces exclusive jewellery for his clients and designs unique pieces and accessories for several major fashion houses. Fabio Cammarata has an innate love for precious metals. His designs are always slightly unconventional and he enjoys experimenting in breathing life into his chosen materials. Gold, silver, iron and brass thus take on the shape of fine fabric. By cleverly combining these metals, he produces the effects of floating silk, shimmering taffeta and transparent fine lace. The resulting volumes form, as it were, a kind of architecture encasing the object, in an alternating game of past memory and future visions. Fabio Cammarata's creations are sold in many leading stores and they have also been exhibited in some of the world's most important museums.
