- Ori e Fiori was set up in Milan in 2001, by Milli De Maria and her daughter Raffaella Trizio with a view to offering original jewellery in which innovation meets the needs of everyday living with gentle forms. What Ori e Fiori jewellery communicates prevails over the richness of the materials and revolves around the idea of the piece's adaptability to the person wearing and “experiencing” it. Their creative research therefore tends towards making jewellery as “personal” as possible, often using alternative materials, such as anodised aluminium, bronze and brass, in the same way as precious metals. The recurring theme of the collections is reworking the simple shapes hidden in everyday life or in the spontaneity of nature. With the help of skilled goldsmiths, Milli and Raffaella conceive and design their jewellery, each piece of which receives special attention and channels the taste and requirements of their clients.
