Table lamp

A classic revisited: the baroque lamp. The revolutionary feature of this lamp is that it is made entirely of transparent or coloured polycarbonate. It is classical, luxurious and traditional yet innovative, transparent and ironic. The quality of the material and craftsmanship gives it the air of a precious crystal lamp. The baroque style base consists of three ornate surfaces joined together, and the large shade has a pleated effect, creating playful reflections when lit. It has an adjustable height: 68, 73 or 78 centimetres. Assemble the lamp at the height preferred and change it to meet your needs over time. Ferruccio Laviani is part of a generation of young Italian designers who came to prominence in the early 1990's when the Memphis movement made its mark on international design. Laviani's Orbital Lamp, manufactured by Foscarini, perhaps his best known design, uses colour-saturated biomorphic shapes for glass shades, with an angular, tapering metal base. Supernova™' clever design combines shape, shadow and light to exude an explosive movement. His Bourgie lamp combines classical design with the modern material of plastic to give a contemporary and elegant look.
