The Ribbon candlestick has been created using the “lost wax casting” technique, by which a wax mold is created from a handmade wooden model. Once the piece has been created, the mold is then filled with liquid steel and the excess parts are then removed. The finishing process resembles that used for the creation of jewelry, requiring ten house per piece. Technical know-how and passion for craftsmanship is mixed with innovative design.
