Running clothing

What you wear for running outside will depend on the weather, the surface and your physical wellbeing. Trail running requires different shoes to road running, while when it comes to clothing it's the fabric that counts. T-shirts, sweatshirts and trousers made from technical fabrics with ultra-lightweight fibres that wick sweat and moisture will ensure comfort and optimum performance.
