On each product page, you will find all available sizes and colours, a description and the composition of the item, and when applicable, whether availability is limited or if it is the last one available in the warehouse. Click on the product image to zoom in and see all of the details.You will also see if the item is sold by YOOX or one of our partners.
How to order
- From the item page, select the desired colour and size of the product
- Add the product to your Shopping Bag
- Once you have finished shopping, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button in your Shopping Bag
- Enter your email and your shipping address

If you are paying with a credit card, before completing your purchase you may be asked for a secondary authentication in order for your payment to be authorised. In this case, you will need to insert a one-time password, an SMS code, or another authentication method, in accordance with the established procedures of the credit card provider.
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after with the details of your order. As soon as your order is sent, you will receive one or more Shipping Confirmation emails.

Order being prepared: The order has been registered and we have already sent a confirmation email with the Order Number.
Order has shipped: As soon as your order is sent out from our warehouse, we will send one or more Shipping Confirmation emails, including a tracking number for each package.

The order will be delivered in an elegant gift pack with a ribbon and without prices. If you wish to add a personal message, enter the text into the "Greeting Card" field; we will print it on a yoox.com card.
The cost of Gift Wrapping is € 4,00.
Keep in mind that it is not possible to wrap items measuring more than 57x46x17: they will be shipped in their original packaging and with our card as well if you included a message.
The gift wrapping option is only available for orders composed exclusively of YOOX items.
