It was 1919 when the young Bradford Dexter Bagg opened a trunk full of his father’s old clothes. There were so many different coloured shirts in that treasure trove with an air of having been lived in without having lost their beauty. He decided to start wearing them immediately to the delight of his peers: this is how comfortable shirts with a lived-in look became a sought-after product. B.D.Baggies became a famous brand on the market for solid colour, button-down shirts sold in a characteristic cotton bag. Essential garments even in the female wardrobe, including the company’s shirts and tops.
