This Italian-made turtleneck features a cropped cut and 3D-effect cable-knit design. Long-sleeved, it is made from a recycled fabric blend in a lightweight knit that makes it perfect for mid-season weather.This garment is made with TENCEL ™ Lyocell, recycled wool and recycled polyamide. Recycled wool requires much less water and chemicals than classic wool. By replacing the need for breeding, and thus avoiding methane emissions during the animal's digestive process as well as the use of pesticides, emissions are significantly reduced. Recycled polyamide gives new life to a non-biodegradable material. Its production requires fewer resources and generates fewer emissions than normal polyamide, while maintaining the same quality. TENCEL™ Lyocell is a cellulose fiber from sustainable forests. TENCEL ™ Lyocell fibers have earned a commendable reputation for their closed-loop, environmentally friendly manufacturing process, which transforms wood pulp into cellulosic fibers through high resource efficiency and low environmental impact. The spinning-solvent process recycles the water from the production process and reuses the solvent with a recovery rate of over 99%.
